I can never ever get through the phones! some of the receptions staff are so rude and unprofessional! not wanting to hear what you have to say. Or either chatting away in there own language! Messing around like little kids . promise to call back! Never get a call back.. Stay on phone for 30-40 waiting for your turn to hear they can’t offer an appointment! Or your problem is not urgent! never get to see GP that you want to see

online booking system is rubbish! your problem is never sorted always see different doctor and they all have different options..

wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone you'l be wasting your time! I have had to ask the GP,s to take certain tests for my symptoms to diagnose. all they do is proscribe different drugs each time you go with out any diagnoses!
