Very poor customer care attitudes.. Rude staffs..from Some of them.. Both face to face and over the phone when addressing your concerns.. No time to listen to you.. its either take it or leave it.. No compassion and poor service.. Shame as this need to be addressed again.. Anger management and customer care training need to be re_adddressed. Staffs so stubborn to listen and view your says and opinions.. Just to get a copy of your blood tests you go merry go round.. As if there's no communication between the teams and? Poor documentation to enable staffs and service users to understand each other.. YOU STRESSED YOURSELF MORE THAN THE CARE PROVIDED.. FORTUNATELY The DRS aren't the same level and giving the right care..
