"Fabulous care and kindness"

My grandmother lived in Hill House for nearly two years. During this time she was treated with dignity, compassion and kindness. Granny loved the activities and trips out, and the fact that all the carers and nurses knew her, made time for her and always treated her with kindness. As a regular visitor, I was always made to feel welcome and the staff took the time to explain my grandmother's illness dementia and the changes in her condition. During her final days, all the staff worked so hard to make her passing as comfortable and peaceful as possible. For this I will always be grateful.
