The CQC rating of Outstanding that this practice has achieved is so we'll deserved. The CQC inspection regime is rigourous, very robust and the bar is set very high - it is not easy to achieve a rating of Outstanding; the fact that this practice has achieved this, is testimony to the commitment and dedication of all the staff. I have had experience of using this practice for almost a year on behalf of my sister, we have received an excellent responsive, kind and professional service from each and every staff member we have come into contact with, from reception, nurses, GP's, Healthcare and Advanced Care Practitioner. We feel looked after and confident in their care, a lovely team!
