About: The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

I saw Donna at the reception today and she has been so helpful and informative. Don has never once lost her consistency and has always provided an outstanding service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Donna for the care and attention she has always shown and given.  Don always exceeds the care she provides by going above and beyond at all times. doing what ever she possibly can in her hands to make sure problems are resolved.

Thank you Don, the Lawson practice won't be the same without you.

Also a special thank you to Davinnia who is very polite and informative and trying her utmost best to provide help to patients who require it like as I did today.

Hello, thank you so much for your positive feedback to Donna (and to Davinia). It is very much appreciated and goes a long way to help the staff to provide a good service for everyone. I will make sure they both see this feedback as well as the wider reception team. Again thanks for taking the time to do this.
