I had a nurse appointment today for 24 hours blood pressure monitor, I had an on going palpitation problem for that Dr. Adviced me to take an appointment with nurse for monitor , 2 weeks I was waited for this appointment and when I went there for my appointment Nurse shouted at me and said "why are you here we are not putting blood pressure monitor here" I said your staff gave me this appointment, if they are not having this facility why they gave me this appointment at first, she started arguing with me and start shouting aswell.
She putting all the blame on locom dr. She said he doesn't know then she said our reception staff doesn't know. Ohhh my God !!! I am very upset what type of person she is.
Very bad experience I had today.
"Rubbish surgery !!!"
