That is how good it was.
After being admitted into SAU wars for a day I was transferred to the Clearbrook Ward. A wound from a laparoscopic cholecystectomy had become infected.
The staff at the Clearbrook ward and the consulting team who treated me were fantastic.
Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone from the consultant to the caterers were brilliant. I'm in my early 50s and this was the first time I had been in hospital overnight.
I wasnt stressed about my time on the ward. I just kicked back and enjoyed the care. I knew I was in good hands.
