"Recent excision of suspect mole"

Having been referred to Dermatology by my GP I was seen within ten days (this could have been faster if I had not gone to visit a sick relative). I arrived at my appointment time and was called immediately for my consultation. Dr Erdal was a true professional and fully checked my mole and other areas of my body for anything else suspicious. He fully explained that it would be in my best interests to remove this mole immediately as could be a skin cancer. The definitive results will be in 4 weeks. A gap was found in Theatre in three hours time and I agreed to return to the Department. All the nurses were welcoming, friendly and efficient. My procedure was carried out at the time stated abd once again the Dr was excellent and the nurses in attendance were first class at making me feel at ease and fully understanding of my after care. I have within days received my follow up appointment in three weeks time. The Department was clean and comfortable. Thank you all for making my experience so positive.
