About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to the Day Surgery Unit at University Hospital Monklands for a small procedure. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the care I received during this visit.   Each and every member of staff I dealt with was welcoming, friendly and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We really must do all we can to support our NHS staff in the excellent service they provide under difficult circumstances.

Dear Happy Gynaecology Patient

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about the excellent care you received within the Day Surgery Unit when attending for a gynaecology procedure.

Staff in the Unit will be so please to receive such lovely feedback and I will make sure that this is passed on to wider team in Day Surgery. Coming in to hospital can be a stressful experience and I am glad that the staff were able to make this a good experience for you.
