"Shocking waiting times"

I've been waiting over 12 months for treatment. Still on the waiting list and when I phoned a couple of weeks ago to ask where I was on the waiting list, I was advised they would not give out that info. When I asked how long it would be until I was seen, I was told that they don't tell people and that they will contact me when I'm top of the list.

There's been no letters to say sorry you've been waiting so long, you're still on the list.

North Tyneside residents deserve better, this simply is not good enough.
