"Made a difficult situation a lot easier"

I had reason to visit the Breast Care Clinic at QA today and I felt compelled to write a review to praise every different member of staff that I interacted with. Everyone I had to see - Doctor, Mammogram Nurse, Ultrasound Nurses and a Breast Care Sister were all so very lovely and made me feel at ease throughout. It wasn't a situation I wanted to find myself in but they were all amazing and made every effort to ensure I was ok and knew what was going on at each stage. I don't know what my outcome is yet but knowing that these lovely people are there to help will certainly make things a lot easier to deal with. Thank you :)
