"Terrible "

This place keeps getting worse, my mother’s prescription is always missing or wrong. She is on morphine which she has had to go without because of the clueless receptionist’s, going a whole weekend without a controlled drug is just appalling. I took my 3 year old son in this week with symptoms of a water infection, left urine sample explained to receptionist that it was urgent as he is in agony and it’s Friday so he needs antibiotics but nothing from them about his results so today I have had to contact out of hours and sit in urgent care for hours with a very poorly young child! It’s totally unfair the way patients are treated, the staff just don’t seem to care at all. This used to be a great practice but has gone down hill so much that me and my family will be leaving for our own health and safety.
