"Wasting time & money"

I waited 1 hour for an appointment and was repeatedly told I was next to be seen and would be called in 5-10mins. After this hour, I told the reception staff I was leaving without seeing the doctor. They simply shrugged and repeated that I would be seen soon. When I told them I now needed to leave, they had the audacity asked if I could come back later that day instead.

The appointment was for the second of three courses of a vaccination. It would have taken less than 10 minutes to perform. I am not sure if I will be able to have the second or third courses of treatment or will have to begin from the first stage again.

The time and money of the NHS and its patients was wasted by this, to which the clinic staff were completely apathetic.
