"Depends which GP you see"

About: Jubilee Healthcare

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Two of the GPs I’ve seen are really good - listen to you and try to do something about it. One tells you that you’re fine when you’re clearly ill. I saw them after having tonsillitis for the third time (later diagnosed with glandular fever) and they told me my throat wasn’t even swollen and that there was nothing wrong with me. I’ve also been shortly before (about 20 min later) fainting and being admitted to A&E with hepatitis.

Also seem to not have obtained my previous records from my last GP so do not have all of my data.

Overall, it is fine once you get to know the people there, but takes a bit of trial and error.

I am sorry not all your experiences have been as positive as you would wish. Notes do take anything up to six to nine months to receive from your previous GP which can be an issue. please feel free to contact the Practice Manager to discuss your particular concerns,
