"Very highly recommended"

Great on the day booking system. There is also an online system that I am signed up for and that allows patients to book phone calls a couple of days in advance. I had an initial phone conversation scheduled in the morning. I needed to meet with a GP personally due to the character of my illness and a follow up appointment was booked with a doctor that very same afternoon. Was seen promptly at a scheduled time. The doctor listen carefully and diagnosed me on the spot and prescribed a course of antibiotics. Electronic prescription was sent directly to my designated pharmacy. Before I left the doctor asked if there was anything else which I thought was considered and useful in case I would have any more questions. The surgery itself is modern, well looked after and clean. Stuff at the reception is polite and professional. This is by far the nicest GP surgery I had been to. I personally love the online services: repeated prescription service, designated pharmacy services, online booking system, initial phone call booking system to assess a patient's condition and requirements (which is a great time and resources saver), access to historical health records. A follow up appointments in person can be made for the same day. GP surgery that is firmly rooted in the 21st century. Would very highly recommend.
