"The pre and post operative care was exceptionally good"

I write in gratitude for the excellent care / treatment i received following my admission to hospital for Bowel Surgery.

Sincere gratitude to my surgeon Mr Geert Koffeman and his team.

At the initial pre operative appointment with Mr Koffeman my wife and I were greeted with such professionalism, Mr Koffeman sat us down and and went through the Colonoscopy findings with visual explanations, scan results were delivered in an understandable and compassionate way, we left feeling reassured and understood the treatment plan.

The pre and post operative care was exceptionally good and my wife and I wish to thank Mr Koffeman and his team from the bottom of our hearts.

Would also like to extend our gratitude to Dr Simmons, Anaesthesia, all the theatre staff, Recovery staff, HDU staff who were also exceptional, ward 53 all the colorectal nursing team, from porters to cleaning staff all of whom made my stay in hospital a very memorable one.
