"Rotator cuff repair"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge) Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had my operation delayed because of the need for surgeons to deal with urgent trauma cases, but once under way I was impressed by the willingness of staff to answer my many questions.   I couldn't fault the care after the op although I was unable to sleep because of my proximity to the beep centre. Well done Ward 10!

Dear Adamson,

Thank you for taking the time to post about your recent experience in Ward 10 and apart from the delay in starting, I am pleased that you felt the staff were helpful and answered your questions. Apologies regarding the noise and I will relay this to the staff

Feedback from patients is greatly valued and I will be sure to share your comments to all.

Wishing you well in your recovery

Regards
