"Something needs to change "

I appreciate fully that our NHS staff are extremely over-worked and stressed but I have had an awful experience every time I have visited this surgery in last two years.

The staff are very rude and made me feel like a complete inconvenience when my contraceptive pill ran out of stock in U.K.

Last time I called, the receptionist also said on the phone: “what’s wrong now”

I also visited last year with a very embarrassing problem that I had sat on for a few years and was made to feel that it was very insignificant.

I presume this is an outcome of staff overworking and stress - which is very sad.

What would boost morale here?

I have actually chosen to pay for my healthcare now over this surgery.

(There is a fabulous nurse that works here though who is amazing).
