My Nan Kathleen was admitted to Mulberry Ward 03/12/2019 from the moment she arrived by ambulance every member of staff we came into contact with was absolutely fantastic, not only the treatment & care provided to patients but level of care, empathy & compassion of their loved ones too. Sadly my Nan passed away today, but staff went above & beyond to make the unavoidable situation so much more bearable. The level of care here is like nothing I’ve ever experienced or witnessed at North Mid, Chase Farm, QE2 or Lister. Well done Barnet. Huge thanks Mulberry ward staff you are amazing.

The only thing that requires improvement here is parking is horrendous at times
