"Amazing Staff!"

Hi QA,

I had an operation on the 5th December, Under the Maxillo Facial Surgery Team.

I was very nervous and all your staff from the consultant to the reception staff put me at ease, even joking with the Surgeon who did an amazing job placing my scar in the best place and showing incredible skill, I even had a cup of tea when I woke up, my glasses appeared out of nowhere and slippers and medicines in a bag on my bed.

I loved how the Anethitist said Breathe this Oxygen and bang I was gone cheeky still smiling about it now nicely done Sir!

This is going to sound strange but enjoyed the whole experience and felt very cared for indeed!

So thank you from my heart to all of you that dealt  with me probably 25 people or more thank you so much!

I felt I had to write as so touched by the care I recieved you make me so proud of our NHS!

Well done to all and thank you again, please do pass this message on to all staff concerned, I would like all concerned to know of my gratitude and what a wonderful job they did.
