Awaiting MS medication. Firstly received letter saying the have been unable to contact me. One phone call 5secs on the day of letter...so I have to phone using my credit to set it up. Delivery booked for Friday 6th December. So book nurse to administer. Husband works from home all day... Receive text they are running late. 5hours later 7pm call and find out that the order was not put through. Not even on the van... Spent all day from 11am until 7pm by the window. Thanks for making an already upsetting and anxious time even more so. Absolute jokers. Why bother when you have a contract sewn up for years? Oh nearest pharmacy was "Kent" apparently... Now I think I know what went wrong...
