(as a parent/guardian),

Joyce was an exceptional clinician - put our son at ease. Took the opportunity to give brief interventions such as use of baby wrap, settle me in breast feeding room with water etc. 

Fantastic experience finished off with sending a letter with the outcome to us as well as our GMP.
