i have had some horrific experiences at the BGH, so bad i signed my self out , but these episodes were 10 years or more ago.
however i have never had such a most pleasant experiece as i had a few hours ago, the staff from the receptionist through to the after care wer exemplary, in their attitude, and knowledge of these procedures .. in my case it was carried out with great skill , with support staff reassuring me that there were medication to ensure it was pain free.
if that is the general ethos within the BGH then there is no need to change anything, and the only thing i would suggest is to ensure that you keep hold of this great bunch of folks, whom in my opinion are 2nd to none,
..they were empathetic sympathetic, and keep in mind those same folks may have to inform some people that they have cancer, and that means the professionalism must be secondary ..to the above mentioned emotions...this was 5 ***** treatment from 5***** staff who are an example of the highest grade of their chosen professions. well done
with complete sincerity and kindest regards
"5 star treatment"
