"Really bad practice"

I came back from abroad because it was an emergency, my father died. I have a medical condition and need to take a blood pressure table to control it and eye drops for my glaucoma. I am very disappointed because the Mandeville surgery are not taking my condition seriously and telling me to comeback on Monday because they cannot give me the medication as an emergency because she said it takes 3 working days. I haven’t got any medication for the following days until Monday,I’m very angry about it. Very bad practice.
