To update: I had to remind the dr and nurses re painkillers and X-ray , then at 2.30 finally got painkillers. I’m in two minds as to whether they even requested xrays when they said they did. No one that you speak to seems to knows what’s going on. Lack of communication and follow through. No one can even tell where their pts are. This is dangerous, not sure how staff can work in this uncertainty. I’m standing for last 20 mins waiting for drips as am needs fluids and steroids. Literally lady sitting on floor here. Not their fault re sources. But they fail in communication and getting jobs done. 2019 and leaving pts in pain for HOURS is not on.
