Efficient service. Appointments always on time and Consultant always demonstrates active listening and client centred practice. Feeling valued and part of my treatment. Request for assistance made to community phlebotomy service to help inform appointment decisions and planning. Super efficient service and very pleased to have involvement from the phlebotomy team.
