"Cheerful and helpful nurses"

About: Victoria Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

Had ultrasound scan which showed my liver was enlarged. Was referred to Consultant within a week (by my GP) to Gastroenterology department at Victoria Hospital.

I was worried and nervous about seeing consultant but went along to the appointment. Reception staff polite, cheerful and helpful nurses at the clinic were also the same cheery, polite and helpful.
