I received free CBT for depression and generalised anxiety. The service I received was second to none, delivered with compassion and understanding.
The therapy does not feel rigid and although I was initially recommended phone CBT I was switched to more intense 1-2-1 therapy without issue. I was also offered as many sessions as needed without a break to my therapy.
I'm so thankful for Total Wellbeing for helping and guiding me to a better frame of mind. I hope I don't have to make use of their services again but if I do, I'm sure I wont hesitate.
