"Nice practice, disappointed not to be allowed to…"

This has been my surgery for some years, and have always found it to be a friendly and efficient surgery. There is sometimes a wait for appointments, but I think that's the case everywhere, and they do their best.

I have recently moved out of Ely and was disappointed to be told I can no longer be registered here. Apparently it's important in case I ever need a home visit. I have never needed one and would be very surprised to find one available if I did. What I do need is a surgery close to my work, so that I don't have to take time off to drive back and forth to the surgery nearer my home for appointments. This surgery would still have been very convenient for that. Such a shame.
