About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am seeing Helen at One Recovery Bucks and we do a lot of talking about the problems I have.

Helen gives me a lot of information how to deal with a problem. Pack a bag in case I have to leave home at the last minute. Call the Police if I need to.

Helen really helps. Thank you for One Recovery Bucks and good friends too!

It is great to hear how well your therapeutic relationship with Helen is working and helping keeping you safe. Reading your feedback it looks like you have been covering safety planning and could be a victim of domestic violence, keep your plans at the ready should you need to use them.
