(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My experience here has been great. I feel that with the support of Helen and the other members of staff I have come really far and without the help of Helen, I would not be here now as she stopped me from trying to end my life by calling the ambulance for me after taking an overdose. They have helping me with moving forward with my life and I can say nothing but good things about the service and the staff.

Thanks so much for for taking the time to give us your experience of using our service. It is great to hear what a positive relationship you have built up with Helen and other staff at ORB.

I dont know your case personally but I am so pleased to hear about Helen's' professionalism and care in what sounds like a very traumatic incident for you. I do hope you are feeling stronger and moving forward with your recovery and life in general.

I am so proud to lead our teams when I hear stories such as this, our staff really living our values.
