"Discouraging Mr at dermatology department"

About: Barnsley Hospital

At first, the doctor presented me with number of treatments available for my diagnosis, however, when I stated that I am a student, the doctor's approach towards me changed dramatically. Every time when I was asking questions re each option presented earlier, the doctor was discouraging me by saying that they do not have adequate equipment or was extremely exaggerating complications of each treatment to the point where I was left with no options at all. The doctor in general discouraged me from having treatment done on NHS, instead, he advised me to seek help everywhere else but not here, in Barnsley 'Hospital'. He suggested to me to have it done privately or go back to my country of birth to have the treatment done, which I found offensive and discriminatory! I was unhappy with the service and how I was treated so I asked for the phone number where I can make a complaint. I was given wrong phone number, in my opinion deliberately. The most disgraceful hospital in the UK!
