About: Thomas Linacre Outpatient Centre

We had a follow up appointment for our 13yr child regarding her own issues, when we got into speak to the nurse there was no paperwork or notes, school had sent forms through in July, the nurse then found her notes but the crucial forms were missing.. Speech and language and strengths and difficulties,this was really disappointing and a waste of taking her out of school and travelling to Wigan... I was promised a follow up phone call after the nurse had spoken to school... But nothing...
