"A credit to your hospital"

About: Warrington Hospital

My wife was brought into A&E having given birth 5 days earlier over concerns of sepsis. The young doctor in Triage was quick, efficient, kind and calming to her. As we waited for blood tests, we witnessed an incredibly drunk and intoxicated member of the public screaming at this doctor. Security were involved. The member of the public kept threatening to file complaints so I wanted to offer my witness statement as all of the staff were incredible dealing with this horrible person. The doctor in particular was outstanding and even during the most aggressive and loud moments of the patient’s outburst, the doctor was calm, collected and respectful throughout. Incredibly tough job performed incredibly well. Thank you! This happened around 1am on the Sunday morning. If you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
