"This team made it a whole lot better to endure"

I was seriously not looking forward to this procedure. After having the movie prep I was feeling weak and worried! I was met by the nicest team Marie, Jennifer and Dr Masterton and then post procedure by Mary. I could not have been in better hands. I was kept informed and cared for the whole way through. I cant say I enjoyed it but given that I was going to have it this team made it a whole lot better to endure, and Mary made me some excellent tea and toast afterwards, even melting the frozen butter for me.
