My family have needed care at WSH a lot recently, not least my daughter in the Maternity Unit and with post-birth complications and bleeding during her 2nd pregnancy. I was admitted due to a kidney stone in September and now just had a conversation with a lovely renal nurse who listened and communicated perfectly, then booked me in for a stone clinic appointment . I have previously been admitted to WSH for another condition and attended outpatient clinics. ALL my interactions have been handled in an exemplary manner by kind, polite and professional staff. After my experiences with Addenbrookes - WSH should be training them on how to get I right!!
"A beacon of good practice"
