"Great service"

About: Creffield Medical Centre

I had blood taken on Wednesday 6th November for a PSA test. By Friday PM 8th November I called in to the Medical centre to get the result. The receptionist kindly printed out the test results. On Saturday 9th November early in the morning I had a letter from my doctor hand delivered to my door explaining the results.

What service! One is always anxious waiting for a test result so getting mine back in 2 days really shortened the anxiety time and to get a personal letter from my doctor so quickly was very reassuring. To have it hand delivered, thus avoiding 2 days in the post, was amazing.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this Medical Practice. Great service on the NHS
