I had mixed experiences of this hospital. It seemed like staff had their favourite patients, so people weren't treated fairly. Nurses spent a lot of time with some patients and completely ignored others. Similarly, some relatives were allowed in at any time whereas others were asked to stick to visiting times. I felt that the bias and inconsistancy was shocking.
