"My grand daughter's dental care"

About: Wycombe Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a relative),

In late November 2019 my grand daughter, age 5, came to  Hospital to have 3 teeth out. The staff were excellent, the dental surgeon came out to see my daughter after removing the teeth and explained what she had done and that it had all gone well. The nurses who dealt with her after the removal of the teeth were kind, patient and considerate.

I also thought the Hospital looked extremely clean.

When we were in the children's recovery ward we commented that the ward was very warm, even though the the windows were open.  We were told that the walls were heated but the key to turn down the heating was missing. This seems unfortunate as it must cost a significant amount of money to heat the ward and would appear a waste of Hospital funds.

Dear Sir

Thank you for taking the time to share your very positive experience at Wycombe Hospital. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the care your granddaughter received from our dedicated paediatrics staff at what may have been a difficult and sensitive time for her.

Please be assured your lovely words of praise will be passed on to the team for their attention, in addition to your comment about the heating.

Once again many thanks for your kind feedback; comments such as yours are always gratefully received.
