Attended Oak ward in late November and was treated very well, a staff member gave me instructions on what to do. I have tried to follow the instructions but have found it impossible, I did as requested but during the Thursday I was left in embarrassment 4 times during the day, on Friday morning I phoned the Oak ward once through the switchboard early morning and was told I would receive a call back. I waited till afternoon and phoned again all I got was a recording. I left a message as requested.
"Promise of return phone call not done"
