Came in about 2am,saw nurse shortly afterwards,after five hours waiting,I heard my daughters first name but different surname so went to desk and asked if there’d been a mistake,was told no a patient with similar name was in dept,then dr. Called the same name 2 hours later,so back to desk,this time I was told to speak to dr.,when dr. Looked for my daughters notes they had been filed away,after apology dr.called daughter in,and treatment was excellent,but I do worry about mistakes in hospitals.
