"Disgusting service "

Came 2-3 mins late, dentist refused to see me. Despite there being no other patients. I waited over half an hour to speak directly to the dentist and did not see a single person walk into the clinic. Yet the receptionist and dentist both claim they are fully booked.

This was an out of hours service.

Never been so horrified by the lack of professionalism. I was in agony and the 15-20 minutes this dentist spent telling me he can't see me because I was 2-3 mins late, he could have seen and treated me.

I will be making an official complaint.
