"Smooth visit"

I visited the practice for a GP appointment with my mother and it all went smoothly. She was given a GP appointment on the same day after a telephone triage; a system which worked very well. Reception staff were pleasant and courteous, and the GP was fantastic - equal parts professional, attentive, sympathetic, informative, and he dealt with the medical issue very well. It was not a long appointment, but we left both reassured and more knowledgeable on the issue, with a clear plan in place going forward.

A great service, in spite of the shoestring budget and various hoops that I know you all need to jump through. Thank you.
