About: North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust

My 17 year old was rushed through to A&E with sudden onset of high heart rate. I cannot fault the fantastic care received, from A&E through to CCU. Everything was explained thoroughly throughout our stay. All the care staff that we saw went above and beyond to look after my daughter, even though both units were extremely busy with staff working under pressure.

Very thankful and appreciative of this service!

Firstly, please let me apologise for the delay in responding to your comment here on the NHS website; this was due to circumstances beyond the department's control. This has now been rectified to ensure that we no longer miss the vital feedback made available to us.

I do want to thank you for taking the time to share your daughters experience with us and for the opportunity to share this positive feedback with the teams who looked after her.

It must have been quite a shock for you too but I am pleased to hear that your daughters care was thorough and reassuring.
