About: Leeds General Infirmary

My niece came into hospital with a bad chest and unable to breath and they told me it was a virel infection, went to dr few days later turned out to be a chest infection, doctors and nurse need to pull their finger out and look after the children who come in instead of sitting down eating biscuits and having a coffee! Disgusting behaviour from them all! I rate them NO STARS AT ALL!! Also the waiting them to be seen by a nurse 3HOUR WAIT!! I will not be bringing my niece or my son to this hospital! Staff are rude! Expecting parents to wait over 7HOURS!

I am very sorry to read that you and your family had such a distressing time whilst in our care. The level of service that you have described is not what we wish to offer.
