"Lack of care"

I have had very bad experiences of Allied. The staff who visit are good but the office staff are useless. I have been informed by one carer that they can work up to 60 per week, and often without breaks. Some are known as,walkers and often they do not have enough time to get to the people they must visit, which is alarming. If they are I'll they don't get paid and receive no sickness benefit of pension. There is no occupational health either. It alarms me that these poor girls and lads are treated like this.
