"My fight to get my life back."

I had a drinking problem. I was advised by my doctor to go to S2S. I reluctantly went, where I was greeted by Tom at reception. I then had a 1to1 meeting with a lady called Riz and then saw a nurse and was made to feel at ease straight away. I was invited to a group all in the same position as me (I didn't want to do this) but I went along and really enjoyed it where I met Caroline (a helper). I just wanted to control my drinking but couldn't so after a few months and from their help which I'm really glad of I went for Detox. Its the best thing I've ever done. Thanks to all at S2S, everything is kept so "PRIVATE" you can have a 1to1 with someone or there is always someone to talk to on the phone. I can't thank them enough. From reception, key workers, helpers, nurses, I wouldn't have achieved this certainly without a few pushes from Riz and Caroline. And I've made a few friends also. I would also like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. I now have two daughters who are so proud of me and my husband has got back the wife he deserves.
