"Excellent doctors"

The doctors at Stoke Road are highly professional, knowledgeable and in my experience try their best to help.

However with receptionists it is luck of the draw. Some are helpful, reassuring, kind and efficient. Some are not. Before encountering a certain Stoke Road receptionist I'd never been shouted at by an adult and had it excused as "being flustered"; I'd also never had my son's medical condition said loudly for all to hear; I'd also never experienced someone without compassion working in what is otherwise a brilliant place.

Fortunately I'm a resilient individual and still got what I needed done. I dread to think how a more vulnerable person would react.
