"Dental appointment - beyond what I could have imagined"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Dental medicine specialities

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the Royal London hospital at the Barts Dental Hospital department at the end of November.

I had to call 126 times to get through, however I was welcomed on the other side by a very attentive staff who I later got the name and it was Rohina, she was very understanding and helped me with advice and getting an appointment. 

Once I got to the hospital, the wait wasn't long which was surprising and I was seen by a dentist student within 15 min of waiting. Tamaya was very welcoming and happy to help which is different to my current dentist who has been very unwelcoming in the past 5 years and the staff there have not been very professional. So it was very surprising and welcoming to see such amazing staff who were happy to genuinely help. NHS staff are often faced with abuse and I'm sure the staff I saw are also abused on daily basis but seeing them still do their job with such welcoming atmosphere is truly amazing.  

I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt like the treatment I had was beyond what I could've imagined. Thank you Rohina and Tamaya.
