"Electronic repetead medication at nominated..."

About: Brownlow Group Practice

Is the repetead medication feature really working on patient access? Because online it says my request is approved but when I went to the nominated pharmacy there is no prescription for me there. It should have been arrived in 6 days. I tried to call the practice at 17:30 on Wed 27 Nov but it was already closed and I couldn't find out the answer.
